Fishing on Aydarkul Lake

Quick mountain rivers, hand made channels, Syrdarya and Amudarya rivers, lakes in deserts in association with exotic cities – all these are what can be offered to fishing funs. There is a possibility for fishing not only the traditional fish types, such as: wild carp, sheat-fish, asp, pike-perch, catfish, barbel and also the rare fish species, that are being lived only in the Central Asia water reservoirs. Some water reservoirs provide a possibility to catch the unique samples of huge size sheat-fish. The type of fishing in all water reservoirs is sportive. Usually, fishermen bring all the tackle with themselves. But optionally it can be rented. The only under-ice fishing is impossible thing, because the water reservoirs practically never been frozen in Uzbekistan . So, there is the possibility to fish also in winter season. After fishing you will have an opportunity to visit one of the most ancient cities of the world – legendary Samarkand and its world known monuments.

The best time for fishing: April, May, August, September.


1 day Meeting in the Tashkent airport. Hotel. Rest. Sightsiing around the city. Visiting the oriental bazaar. Dinner, evening party in restaurant. Spending the night.

2 day Breakfast, transfer to Nurata ( 550 km , sightseeing, lunch in local canteen “chaykhana”. Transfer to Aydarkul lake – the fishing place, yurt camp “Aydar”. Camel riding, dinner, national folklore, night in yurts.

3-5 days Transfer to Aydarkul lake – the fishing place (optionally on camel back – 15 km ) on “Fishman and hunter” base. Accommodation per 3-4 persons in wagons with air condition. The base has: 2 motor boats, water cycle, catamaran, fishing gear, sauna, billiard.

6 day Transfer to Samarkand. Hotel accommodation, walking in the city.

7 day Sightseeing in Samarkand. After lunch – return to Tashkent. Farewell banquet in the restaurant.

8 day Breakfast, departure home.
